Cancellation due to Extreme Weather Events/Environment Concerns - It is understood that inclement weather is part of our wilderness environment. Conditions such as extreme cold or heat, rain, snow, and sleet are all part of an outdoor experience, and those who endeavor to travel in wilderness areas must accept these conditions, within reason. On rare occasions, such as persistent heavy rain, extreme heat and drought, and dangerous winter storms, the cancellation of an outing may be called for. This applies as well to environmental concerns that are a result of recent weather events, including, but not limited to, flooding due to recent heavy rains, snow bound roads due to recent heavy snow, and the like.

The guides at Envision Outdoors reserve the exclusive right to cancel any outing due to any of these concerns. In the event an outing is cancelled by Envision Outdoors, full credit will be awarded to each paid applicant to be applied to an outing of equal value, and of the same category of activity. Any paid applicant who cancels his or her own participation due to weather or environmental concerns for an outing that has not been cancelled by Envision Outdoors for these same concerns will forfeit any and all funds paid by said applicant to Envision Outdoors.
